Camp Details

Program Dates

Our summer camp runs from June 16 to August 7, 2025 (Monday-Thursday only). You can choose from:

  • •Full Camp (All Weeks)
  • •Half Camp (4 Weeks)
  • •Weekly (Minimum 3 Weeks)

Age Groups

Our program is designed for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, grouped by age and academic level for appropriate learning experiences.

Daily Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Early Drop-Off: Available from 8:00-10:00 AM ($30 per day)

Late Pick-Up: Available until 5:00 PM ($30 per day)

Both Services: $60 per day

Flat Rate: $500 for all camp weeks (includes both early drop-off & late pickup)

Frequently Asked Questions

What activities will my child participate in?

Our camp features a variety of engaging activities including project-based learning, robotics, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship training, public speaking, field trips, STTEM (chemistry and physics), Islamic studies, and sports games. Activities are age-appropriate and designed to be both educational and fun.

What should my child bring to camp?

We recommend sending your child with a water bottle, comfortable clothing appropriate for both indoor and outdoor activities, and closed-toe shoes. All learning materials will be provided, including Kaizen Smart Cards and camp T-shirts.

How does extended care work?

We offer early drop-off starting at 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM ($30 per day) and late pickup until 5:00 PM ($30 per day). You can choose which days you need these services. If you need both services on the same day, it's $60 per day. We also offer a flat rate option of $500 for the entire camp period, which covers both early drop-off and late pickup for all camp days, regardless of whether you've chosen full camp, half camp, or weekly options.

What age groups do you accept?

Our summer camp is designed for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Children are grouped by age and grade level to ensure appropriate activities and learning experiences.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the start of the session. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 7 days of the session start date.
