Is This Right For My Child?
This program is for kids who are curious about technology, business, or design — even if they've never written a line of code. If your child loves building things, asking “what if,” or has an idea they can't stop talking about, they'll thrive here.
This is not tutoring. There are no tests. Your child will build something real, present it publicly, and learn what it means to ship a product.
What They'll Walk Away With
- • A portfolio of 2–3 real projects they built
- • Experience presenting to a live audience
- • Confidence to pursue their ideas independently
- • A community of peers who think like builders
A Safe, Values-Driven Environment
- • Small cohorts with dedicated mentors
- • Character development built into the curriculum
- • Family Showcase Day — be part of the journey
- • No experience required — we start from zero
“We started The Kaizen Academy because we believe every young person deserves to experience what it feels like to build something real — something that solves a problem, helps a community, and gives them the confidence to keep creating.”
How It Works
From idea to launch — here's how our students build
01
Discover a Problem
Students explore the world around them and identify real problems worth solving — in their school, community, or daily life.
02
Design a Solution
Using hardware and software, students architect and prototype their ideas — from circuit boards to mobile apps.
03
Build & Iterate
Hands-on building sprints where students write code, wire hardware, test with real users, and refine their product.
04
Pitch & Present
Students craft compelling pitches, present to peers, mentors, and families — learning to communicate their vision with confidence.
05
Launch & Showcase
Final projects go live. Students publish their work, create content around their builds, and celebrate at our community showcase.
At The Kaizen Academy, we teach the way startups operate — through building, testing, and iterating. Our students don't just learn theory; they ship real products, talk to real users, and present their work to real audiences.
Founded on the principle of continuous improvement, we nurture curious minds into confident builders — equipping them with technical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the courage to create.
Our Values
- Build Things That Matter
- Learn by Doing, Not Memorizing
- Community Over Competition
- Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
